The location was stunning and beautiful. It was conveniently located in the country yet near everything. We liked the room, which was nicely decorated with a pull-out couch.

There was so much to offer in this rate, location, large indoor pool, arcade, breakfast, playground, parking, comfort and cleanliness. Couldn't beat it.

The room was nicely decorated and extremely pleasant and offered with comfortable beds and fridge, as for instance. Location: the hotel was not far from the shopping Outlets, other areas, and all the shops. It was near Lumberjack Pass Mini Golf.

The location was great! We enjoyed the indoor pool and playground. The facility was clean and the beds were comfy.

It was tough getting a table at breakfast unless you went early in the morning.

It started right from check-in. First, the hotel had problems finding my reservation through Booked.net. The people at the counter were very short and stern who I found out later were the owners of the hotel. We were visiting Lake George for several days and ended up staying here for one night. My sister who lives in the next town over, was visiting with me and I thought it would be nice for her and her kids to take a swim with my kids in the pool before we went to the Fireworks in Lake George. So while in the pool one of the owners hunted me down, which I think they were following me around the hotel on the camera system, and in front of everyone at the pool and very rudely told me that my family and I either had to leave the hotel or I had to pay for another room so my nephews could swim. Being that I didn't want to disappoint my kids and nephews I paid and the extra $180 so they could swim. There was so much chlorine in this pool that all of the kids eyes and the back of their throats were sore for the rest of the night. So, back in my sisters newly acquired room the predated "flat screen" TV was not working properly. They contacted the front desk to come take a look at the TV. Well the Owner came up and made them feel uncomfortable by asking them personal information about themselves and then stated well do you really need to watch TV... your on vacation. The issue with the TV was not resolved after another TV was brought up and when it still didn't work the owner said it was probably the cable companies fault and asked well do you want me to go out and buy another one? Really??? The breakfast at this place was mediocre at best. I know that this hotel has good ratings and many of the amenities were good but when an owner treats you this way it makes you not want to stay there and I don't think I would ever give them my business in the future!!!

The property's location was unbeatable, just next door to a short getaway with the family. The room was a nice size, huge, and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered a variety of outstanding food.

What a beautiful hotel loved staying there the staff where great .This will the hotel from none when we come to lake greoge.

ONE of the ladies in the dining room seemed to always be a bit annoyed with the guests.

The rooms here were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, complete with a fridge, cozy chair, and microwave.

My son loved the indoor pool. They have a kiddie pool, a jacuzzi and an indoor water slide. The room was clean and comfortable.

The wifi connection was on and off but they gave us another access code for the staff wifi.

The rooms at this place were sparkling clean and featured cozy beds and a sofa, booked at a great rate; the venue's location was fantastic, right by the freeway.
